How do I accept Bitcoin cash on website and have the site html change once the transaction is on the block chain?
I'm opening a bottle shop with a couple partners. Is there a simple solution to generate invoices in BCH? I don't need a system to immediately convert the BCH back to USD, as I'm happy to hold some of my sales in BCH. Giving the customer a wallet address seems easy enough. But would the staff need to manually tell the customer the amount of BCH to send (e.g. 0.006186958375)?

Hello, I would like to accept Bitcoin on my site but how exactly do I do this? I can't run a wallet because my VPS only has a 20GB drive, I would like to use electrum but there doesn't seem to be any clear guides on how to use it. And no, I don't not want to use Bitpay or anything like that. Any suggestions?
I am working with a charity organization that is doing a raffle and we would like to accept bitcoin for our raffle tickets. Obviously we need to create a BTC address, but how does this actually work on the back end? How do we confirm the purchases so we can know to issue them a ticket? Can this be done on a self created website just like a visa purchase? Anyone who knows how this stuff works, can you help me out with some time and details please? I would be so thankful.
How do I accept Bitcoin using these two QR codes given to me four years ago?
So about four years ago, my brother in law gave my wife an I each a piece of paper with two QR codes on each paper and said they each had about a dollar's worth of bitcoin. I setup a coinbase account years ago, but he has since divorced my sister in law and we don't speak much, so I wonder, how to I go about retrieving the funds using the QR code? It seems coinbase can generate a QR code, but how do I use the ones that I have to receive the funds?
e-commerce: How do I accept Bitcoin directly without Bitpay/Coinbase
Hey gang. My website is based on Magento CE and currently accepts Bitcoin through Bitpay. I'd like to accept payments directly. Although I prefer to use my own code and I have my own e-commerce platform, we are currently "stuck" with Magento for various reasons. Can somebody point me the right direction?
Coinbase's customer service is non-existant. I have messaged three times about how to integrate with their website and my messages go into a black hole. mtgox looks like it has the most functional system, but it would require a bit of programming to support it. I need to pass a user id to the payment processor so I can know in the payment confirmation postback who paid for my service. Are there any other services that make it stupid simple to implement/
How do I accept bitcoin for payment of invoices in a service based industry?
I am a web developer in the US with a primary client in AU. We currently use paypal which eats 1200 or more each year in fees alone. I am looking for a solution to drop the fees and provide an easy way for them to pay me. The only alternatives I can think of are wire transfers or western union type services but neither are convenient or without decent amount of fees to do on a weekly basis. I just started looking into bitpay and coinbase which looks like I could set myself up as a merchant and create a simple payment page with the embedded button. Will these services allow the AU business to pay with AUD which gets converted to BTC and eventually back to USD to deposit into my bank account? Will the currency exchange twice end up being worse off then paypal? Secondly, bitpay looks a bit complicated at the moment to explain to a third party bookkeeper how to setup a client, wallet, or something in order to make payments. The fees are all on my end when accepting the money so I am trying to figure out the best approach to transitioning into the bitcoin world. I read through the sidebar but did not find anything relevant to invoicing, merchants, other currencies, etc.
Hello everyone, I'm looking into accepting bitcoins (an other cryptos) as a donation method on my site. I currently have the wallet app running on my machine and I can generate those long wallet codes. But I'm not quite sure how to get from here, to having an easy method for someone to tip/donate bitcoins on my site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm kinda using this as a test before using this as a funding method for some other projects. thanks!
Merchant here, how do I accept bitcoins for payment and know exactly who to ship my product to with out a manual e-mail coordination between me and the customer?
So I'm planning on using coinbase (other suggestions welcome) and I notice there is a "send using bitcoin address" option and I did a test using my own bitcoin wallets to do a mock order and I realized, I have absolutely no way of identifying the customer with out a coordination with e-mail of them telling me their shipping address along with the transaction ID or their bitcoin ID. Any way around this where they can pay me in btc and it is linked to their shipping address? Thanks!
